On December 2, 2006 Elder Phillip K. Jackson
was installed as Pastor of Spotlight and Bishop Frank T. Stephens was
elevated to Overseer.
He has been an integral part of the church since 2000 when he and his
family joined Spotlight. He was later ordained as an Elder in 2001. Elder Jackson has been
active in Spotlight's outreach ministry "Bountiful Blessings." He has also been the President
of the ministerial board for several years. Elder Jackson has served faithfully under the
leadership fo Bishop Stephens and has been a great help to the ministry as a whole.
He has been married to the lovely Carmen Jackson for more than 25 years and is an exemplary father and leader.
